At Eche, every piece is crafted with intention and care. While we do not offer returns, we are committed to ensuring your purchase feels just right.

Exchanges & Store Credits

• We offer one complimentary exchange or store credit per order.

• A nominal fee of ₹99 is applicable for exchanges, covering reverse shipping and quality checks.

• If your outfit requires a better fit, we offer one complimentary alteration.

• For size-related concerns, we cover the shipping cost both ways, ensuring a seamless experience.

• Clothing: Request within 72 hours of delivery

• Accessories: Request within 24 hours of delivery

To be eligible for exchange, items must:

• Be unused, unworn, and unaltered

• Have all original tags intact

• Customised pieces (custom colour, size, or length) — eligible only for alterations

• Items without original tags

• Requests raised beyond the specified timeline

• Items that have already been exchanged once

• Purchases made using store credit
