Fashion Jewellery - Returns & Exchanges
- For hygiene and safety reasons, fashion jewellery is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- In case you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Kindly share an unboxing video and clear images at customercare@eche.co.in for us to assist you.
- Upon review, an appropriate resolution or exchange will be offered.
Clothing - Returns & Exchanges
- Clothing items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. We do not offer refunds.
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
- Customised clothing orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit.
- We offer reverse pickup service wherever possible. In areas where this is unavailable, customers may be
required to ship the product back to us.
- A store credit will be issued once the item passes our quality check.

- Courier partner delays are beyond our control; however, we will ensure your package is trackable and supported through our shipping partners.
