Most of our pieces are ready to ship and dispatched within 2–4 working days. Some exclusive or custom-fit items may be made to order, which will be mentioned on the product page along with the estimated delivery time.

Do you offer custom sizing?

How do I know my size?

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping through our website. However, we know that Eche’s timeless pieces have a global appeal—and we’re working behind the scenes to make worldwide delivery a reality very soon.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email or WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with images, and we’ll resolve it at the earliest.
